Wedding photos are someone’s creative work. We take photo rights seriously, and we ask every vendor to do the same.
What vendors agree to
When a vendor uploads photos or video, they confirm that:
- They own the photos and video, or have permission or a license from the photographer or owner to use them for marketing.
- They credit photographers wherever their agreement requires it (they can add credits in their listing description).
- They give MWC a license to display those photos and videos on this site and on MWC’s social media and newsletters to promote their listing and the directory.
Report a copyright problem (takedown request)
If you believe a photo, video or other content on this site uses your copyrighted work without permission, email alvastageacres@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright takedown request” and include:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of your copyrighted work.
- The link to the page where it appears on our site.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We’ll review your request promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable the content and let the vendor know. A vendor who believes content was removed by mistake can reply with a counter-notice explaining why they have the right to use it. We may remove the accounts of vendors who repeatedly upload content they don’t have rights to.
